Inaugurated in 1966, Fiabilandia is one of the first amusement parks to have opened in Italy. Located in Rivazzurra di Rimini around Bernardo Lake, it is very popular with young children. An oasis of nature and happiness, where the pace is slow and family-friendly and you can enjoy a quiet day, away from the stresses and strain of daily life. There are so many attractions; from the Gold Mine of the West, to Fu-Mingh’s Labyrinth, from the Lake of Dreams to Gnome Valley, from Peter Pan’s Bay to Captain Nemo Adventure, the 4D cinema, Colorado River and much more. But above all, the park’s symbol and main attraction, unforgettable Merlin’s Castle, with the effigy of the famous wizard, that overlooks the entire park. The live shows are endearing and great fun. One last word of advice: don’t miss a trip on the ferryboat that crosses the lake, a haven for autochthonous fish and birds. For info: www.fiabilandia.net
